I don’t see my Stardust bonus for downloading two games. Where is it?

To get the bonus Stardust for downloading two games, the two games must be games that are completely new to you. This means they have never been downloaded on your phone before. If you’ve downloaded a game prior to using Cosmic Rewards, it won’t count towards the bonus. Download more new games and it should automatically be added to your account!

I reached a level in a game and should have been rewarded bonus Stardust. Why isn’t it in my account yet?

It takes a business day or two for the rewards to be administered to your account. You should see your Stardust come in within the next couple of business days. Also keep in mind that to be eligible for bonus Stardust, the game has to be completely new to you. If you’re still not seeing it after a couple of business days, feel free to reach out and let us know!

Help! My Stardust is not tracking!

Before we start a support request, we want to check a couple of things.

  1. Make sure that you are opening all games from within Cosmic Rewards. If you open the games outside of Cosmic, it will not track. There should always be a “Welcome Back’ message when you open a game.
  2. Make sure your device is updated to the latest version.
  3. Make sure Cosmic Rewards is updated to the latest version. If you’ve done all of that and are still seeing errors, please reach out so we can help!

I got an email saying my reward redemption was declined. What happened?

If your reward redemption was declined, you may have triggered our automatic anti-fraud measures. Your Stardust is not lost and you should be able to request a reward again. To make sure that it does not get declined, please reach out so we can get some more information and resolve this for you!

The email for my Paypal account doesn't match the email that I used to sign up for Cosmic Rewards with. How will I get my gift card?

If your Paypal email does not match your Cosmic email, this is not an issue!

When we send a Paypal gift card, an email with your gift card goes to your Cosmic Rewards email. A follow up email from Paypal will allow you to claim your rewards.

Once you open that email, you'll be directed to Paypal and will be given the option to link your Cosmic email with your existing Paypal account to claim the funds. If you're still running into issues, let us know!
