Cosmic Rewards User Guidelines

 Welcome to Cosmic Rewards! 

These User Guidelines (“Guidelines”) are a critical part of our Terms of Use (available at  https://www.cosmicrewards.com/terms-of-use). If you use the Cosmic Rewards mobile application (from here on, referred to as the “App”), these guidelines apply to you. These User Guidelines are rules governing your use of the App and are fully incorporated into our Terms of Use. Your acceptance of the Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of these User Guidelines. You may not use our App if you do not agree to those Terms or these Guidelines. Please note that we may update these User Guidelines at any time, without notice to users.


All features and content that may be offered to users by Cosmic Rewards are governed by these Guidelines, in addition to any communications or interactions, as required, between users and the Cosmic Rewards team. Our App is meant to provide a positive, entertaining, rewarding and safe experience for all users, free from any hateful, illegal or otherwise inappropriate behavior. As such, we’ve created these Guidelines to explain what is allowed and not allowed when using or interacting with Cosmic Rewards. Cosmic Rewards reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict a User’s access or ban a User completely from Cosmic Rewards when these Guidelines are deemed to be violated.

FRAUD/CHEATING

You may not discuss methods of frauding Cosmic Rewards or any shortcuts to skip actions required by Advertisers, either on the Cosmic Rewards platform or elsewhere online. Earning, or helping others to earn rewards through dishonest means or through any way not intended by Cosmic Rewards, is a breach of these Guidelines and the Terms and is grounds for immediate termination of a User account. If a user is caught engaging in such fraudulent activity, all rewards are immediately forfeited. 

Cosmic Rewards offers users customer support to troubleshoot issues within the Cosmic Rewards app. Users attempting to be rewarded for actions that they have not honestly completed as intended by Cosmic Rewards and/or the Advertiser are violating these Guidelines and the Terms of Use. Users found to be submitting dishonest claims for rewards may be banned from Cosmic Rewards and will forfeit any earned rewards.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRIVACY

You may not post content or messages that you didn’t create, or do not own. You may not share personally identifiable information or sensitive financial information, whether it’s yours or someone else's. This includes, but is not limited to, names, social security numbers, debit and credit card numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, mobile device IDs, other geo locations, family information or any other information that is not required to use Cosmic Rewards. If Cosmic believes any information sent or posted violates these terms, it will be removed and deleted immediately.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

Discussion about, or promotion or creation of content involving any unsafe, illegal or inappropriate topics is prohibited. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content that would be considered harmful to or inappropriate for minors, or is otherwise adult in nature.

  • Content that is sexual in nature, including content that encourages or celebrates sexual violence, exploitation, prostitution, sex trade and/or sexual relations with minors.

  • Content promoting illegal activities, or dangerous activities involving regulated goods or services. (i.e. alcohol, weapons, drugs, etc.)

  • Content about violent crimes, terrorism, or harm to yourself or others. 

  • Content promoting the acts of downloading, using, viewing or exchanging pirated content.

  • Off-topic or unwanted messages, scams, self-promotion, solicitation (e.g. sending referral codes), promotion of a business, automated posting of messages or comments, or repeatedly posting the same post or message.

  • Offering raffles, sweepstakes, games of chance or merit, opportunities to gamble, or promotion of any investment or business opportunities, or any other service or app similar to Cosmic Rewards.

  • Content intended to discourage users from using Cosmic Rewards, or otherwise intending to harm the reputation or business interests of Cosmic Rewards, including any information on how to “game” or cheat the rewards system.

Cosmic Rewards reserves the right to make sole and final judgements about content and to determine the appropriate action, which may include banning users without notice. Any users banned for violating these Guidelines will immediately forfeit any rewards accrued by their account.

HATE, HARASSMENT, VIOLENCE

You may not promote hate, discrimination, or violence against other people for any reason, in any way. Harassment or abuse of any sort or the sharing or promotion of content containing discrimination, intimidation or harassment is strictly prohibited. Any language used on Cosmic Rewards that is deemed to be a slur, profanity, or of a sexual or discriminatory nature will immediately be removed and is grounds for immediate banning of the offending user(s). Any users banned for breach of these rules will immediately forfeit any rewards accrued by their account.

Examples of harassment, bullying or intimidating content include, but are not limited to:

  • Publishing content with the intent to harm another individual.

  • Sharing of personal information, also known as doxxing.

  • Libelous or defamatory statements.

  • Encouraging of self-harm or suicide.

  • Making inappropriate or unwanted requests for personal information or photos.

  • Impersonating others to harass users.

You may not make threats of violence or threaten dangerous behavior. This includes promoting or encouraging terrorism, mass violence, physical harm, torture, self-harm, suicide, blackmail, extortion or any other illegal behaviour. 

Any harassment, abuse, or threat, explicit or implied, directed to any team member of Cosmic Rewards, through any medium, will result in an immediate user ban, forfeiture of any earned rewards, and legal action to the fullest extent permitted. This includes obtaining personal contact information and attempting to contact Cosmic Rewards employees. Attempted contact of employees outside of the designated Cosmic Rewards support channels is considered a violation of these Guidelines and the Terms of Use and will result in an immediate ban from Cosmic Rewards and a forfeiture of all earned rewards.

REPORTING VIOLATIONS OF USER GUIDELINES

Cosmic Rewards takes our User experience very seriously. If you have noticed inappropriate content in our App or your experience has not been positive due to violations of these Guidelines, please contact us through our in-App support portal. We will review all reports and respond accordingly.
