At this time, Cosmic Rewards is only available on the Google Play Store for Android Devices. Currently, certain settings on iPhone prevent Cosmic from accurately tracking features we need to assess Stardust accrual. If this changes, we may expand to iOS.

Yes! We have an in-app tutorial explaining all of the basic features of the app including how to navigate the interface, how to earn Stardust, and how to redeem Stardust for rewards. The tutorial is available by default the first time you open the app and is available at any time after that by selecting Tutorial.

It depends! Each reward may have a different Stardust amount required for redemption depending on the company. Thankfully, many of our vendors offer different options for gift card values that range in value and Stardust cost. This gives options for those who want to save up for larger rewards and those who prefer smaller rewards.

There is no limit to the overall amount of Stardust that you can earn! Each app you download through Cosmic Rewards can be used for a maximum of two hours per day. After two hours, you can continue to use other apps or play games through Cosmic Rewards to earn more Stardust.

Stardust is earned by downloading and using apps that you have not previously used. If you already downloaded and used an app that Cosmic Rewards offers Stardust for, you will not be able to earn any Stardust for that app.

Yes! As long as you have enough Stardust for the reward you want, you can redeem your reward whenever you like.

Stardust can be exchanged for multiple types of different rewards through the in-app gift card and cryptocurrency portal. Gift cards are available for all different sorts of retailers. You can also choose to redeem your Stardust for apps that offer various cryptocurrencies. There is not any direct cash or cash equivalent redemption reward available.

Once a gift card is ordered, your Stardust is redeemed and a gift card is purchased for you. Due to this, a gift card cannot be exchanged or returned.

The amount of Stardust earned depends on the apps you choose and how much time you spend using Cosmic Rewards. In general, most people earn enough Stardust for a reward within their first couple of days of using the app.
